Cleaning
- There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing up liquid, a sponge, disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bag sacks are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, full cleaning service can be provided, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.
House Rules
- Unfortunately pets are not allowed (except guide dogs of course). There is a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events or parties are not permitted, and additional guests/visitors must sign in at reception.
Online Check-In
- Check-in online before you arrive! Quick and easy online check-in is required at all the property so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival. Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. However, early check-in and late check-out can be potentially offered (Subject to availability).
Flexible Cancellation
- Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. Semi Flexible rates are payable on booking, but you can still cancel for free online up until 3pm 3 days before arrival.
Accessibility
- Accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
